Rimadesio Unveils ADA-Compliant Door System

Radius is a new bi-directional pivot door system from Rimadesio. Designed by Giuseppe Bavuso, the full-height solution is perfectly double-sided and coplanar to the wall, with a minimal design conceived to recreate perfect continuity with the surrounding architecture.

The system is fully ADA-compliant, offering customizable dimensions (to meet various needs) that exceed the required 32-inch clearance. In addition, it features user-friendly sliding or push-pull mechanisms for ease of operation. Hardware is operable with one hand, requiring no tight grasping or twisting.

The door system combines durable materials like wood, glass and aluminum with exceptional craftsmanship. Finish options are available from the brand’s signature Ecolorsystem — a proprietary range of water-based lacquers that are free from harmful substances and engineered for both beauty and sustainability.
