House Doctors Introduces Certified ‘Aging in Place’ Services Nationwide

House Doctors, which specializes in handyman services, home repairs and improvements, announced a nationwide rollout of its “Aging in Place” service offering. The program is designed to help seniors live independently in their homes for as long as possible through certified home modifications that ensure safety, accessibility and comfort.

Age Safe America has been selected as the company’s certification partner due to the organization’s rigorous standards, including background checks and specialized training. All franchisees are required to undergo this certification, ensuring every location delivers consistent aging-in-place solutions.

Key features of the new service include:

  • Installation of grab bars, ramps and other accessibility enhancements
  • Home modifications tailored to prevent falls and improve mobility
  • Customized solutions addressing the unique needs of seniors while maintaining the aesthetic and functionality of their living spaces.

In addition, House Doctors plans to introduce a monthly maintenance program aimed at helping seniors maintain their homes over time.
