Parks Associates: 23% of US Internet Households Own at Least One Smart Appliance
New consumer research from Parks Associates shows that 23% of U.S. internet households now own at least one smart appliance, up from 15% in 2020. While adoption continues to grow, annual purchase rates remain low (3%), held back by high prices, long replacement cycles and limited feature differentiation.
