Accessible Projects Win Top Honors in NAHB Remodeling Awards

The National Association of Home Builders recognized the best in craftsmanship, innovation and excellence in remodeling projects at the NAHB Remodeling Awards celebration held during the NAHB International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. Awards were given across a variety of categories including entire home renovation, kitchen remodel, bath remodel, outdoor and creative use living spaces. The following are the award winning projects:

Category: Entire Home Renovation, Aging in Place
Project: Bowen Aging in Place, Montreat, North Carolina
Contractor: Semper Fi Custom Remodeling

Category: Home Bath Remodel, Aging in Place
Project: The Little John Aging in Place, Williamsburg, Virginia
Contractor: Cunningham Contracting

“The NAHB Remodeling Awards celebrate remodelers who are moving the industry forward and projects that exemplify outstanding skill and ingenuity,” said 2023 NAHB Remodelers Chair Alan Archuleta. “The recipients of these esteemed awards establish the standard for excellence in the remodeling industry.”
