Geberit Introduces Type 10 Touchless IR Button for Accessible Bathrooms

Geberit’s adds a slim Type 10 hands-free infrared dual flush button to its line of sustainable bathroom products. Easy to operate with a wave of a hand, the Type 10 IR are a perfect addition to clients who have special-needs family members or who want to age in place.

The buttons allow the user to have full comfort and control over flush activation. The buttons pair with most of the decorative Geberit Sigma and Omega series flush actuator plates. These plates serve as a design accent or manual flush override should a power outage occur and offer maintenance access to service the flush mechanism behind the wall. Additionally, simple maintenance covers in white, matte black and brushed stainless are available.
